Returns
We take care with each and every item I create.
It you have received a faulty item we will happily refund or exchange it for you.
Our return policy is a 30 day return for refund or exchange on your item.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Cift Cards are non-refundable and are not able to be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
When we received your returned item we will send you an email to confirm we have received your itemand if a refund has been approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be deposited into your preferred bank account. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please note that refunds may take a day or two to appear in your bank account. If your refund has not been recceived after 5 business days please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
